This is a convenience translation. The binding version is the German Versand & Zahlung.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Germany only. Other countries are not offered in the checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated from packed weight and parcel dimensions. The weight of the shipping packaging is added to the weight of the ordered decks. The parcel dimensions also account for the thickness of the card stack and the packaging.

From our approved packaging and tracked shipping methods we choose the cheapest suitable combination. A light but overly thick shipment may therefore require parcel postage. Where no suitable shipping method is configured for a quantity, an online order is not possible; please contact [email protected].

The specific shipping method, the shipping costs and the total price are shown in the Stripe checkout before you place the binding order. All amounts shown are final prices including statutory VAT where applicable. Packaging and handling are included. No hidden shipping surcharges are added after the order.

All standard deliveries are tracked. An equivalent tracked shipping service may be used at no additional cost to the customer.

Delivery times

The usual delivery time within Germany is 3–5 working days after payment and conclusion of the contract. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the place of dispatch. Exceptional transport disruptions can extend delivery. Statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain unaffected.

Once the shipment has been handed over, we send the carrier and the tracking number to the email address given with the order.

Delivery address and delivery problems

Please check name, street, house number, postcode and city before ordering. If you notice a mistake, write to [email protected] as soon as possible.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address or culpably refused acceptance, we will agree a new dispatch with you. Its necessary costs may be charged again in accordance with statutory rules. A valid withdrawal remains possible.

Payment methods

Payment is made in the hosted Stripe checkout by credit or debit card, PayPal, Link, Bancontact or EPS. On compatible devices, and where enabled, Apple Pay and Google Pay may be offered. Every method offered is confirmed within the checkout itself; dispatch begins after payment confirmation. The payment methods shown in the specific checkout are decisive. Klarna, SEPA direct debit and payment by bank transfer are not offered at present.

Payments are made in euro. Before the order, the checkout shows the item total, VAT, shipping costs and total price. We do not charge additional payment method fees. Full card details are processed by Stripe; we do not receive them.

Invoices and VAT

Product prices are B2C gross prices including VAT. The checkout states the VAT included. The order confirmation with the contract documents is sent to the email address provided. The invoice is created via Stripe; please contact us if you do not receive it.

Returns and defects

The customer bears the costs of an ordinary withdrawal. Instructions and the return address are available under Widerruf & Retouren. Using withdraw from contract you can declare the withdrawal of an entire order online. Where defects are justified, we bear the necessary costs of subsequent performance.
