This is a convenience translation for readers of English. The contract language is German, and the binding text is the German Widerruf & Retouren. The statutory instructions on withdrawal and the model withdrawal form follow the German original in Annexes 1 and 2 to Art. 246a EGBGB; in case of any deviation, the German wording governs.

Instructions on withdrawal for goods
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins upon possession of the last item.

by means of an unambiguous statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below; it is not mandatory.
Declare withdrawal online
There you can declare the withdrawal of an entire order in two steps. You then receive an acknowledgement of receipt with date and time by email. The function requires no customer account. Partial withdrawals can be declared by email.
You can also start the return yourself by sending an unambiguous email quoting your order number to [email protected]. The email is sufficient; no prior approval or return number is required for the statutory withdrawal.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. Additional costs of a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not reimbursed.
For this repayment we use the same means of payment as in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You are not charged any fees because of this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days expire.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods and must pay sufficient postage.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where that results from handling which was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Practical return process
- Send an email quoting your order number and your unambiguous wish to withdraw to [email protected].
- Pack the deck and its components securely for transport. The original packaging helps but is not a condition of the right of withdrawal.
- Send the sufficiently stamped return to: Parlant GmbH, BlickWinkel Retoure, Gürtelstraße 25/Etage 4, 10247 Berlin, Germany.
- Keep the proof of posting and the tracking number until you are reimbursed. The risk of loss on return is governed by statutory rules; tracked shipping makes proof easier.
Unpaid shipments should not be used. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
A card may be examined the way it could be examined in a shop. Clear signs of use, missing cards or damaged components can trigger compensation for diminished value to the extent permitted by law. Opened packaging alone does not exclude withdrawal.
Beyond the statutory withdrawal period we offer no general voluntary right of return, unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Complaint instead of withdrawal
If an item is wrong, incomplete, damaged or defective, please write to [email protected] quoting your order number and, where possible, photos. Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. Where a complaint is justified, Parlant bears the necessary costs of subsequent performance, and that return is not treated as a chargeable withdrawal return.

Instructions on withdrawal for the free digital service
Where a consumer contract is concluded by registering for or using the digital service, you have the right to withdraw from it within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins upon conclusion of the contract.
An unambiguous statement to the contact details above is sufficient to exercise this right. You may also stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account or your personal data under the statutory conditions.
If you expressly request that a paid service begin before the withdrawal period expires, a proportionate amount permitted by law may be payable for services already properly performed if you withdraw later. The currently free BlickWinkel service creates no such payment claim.
For future paid subscriptions or digital content, the separate information and declarations required in each case are provided before the order. The right of withdrawal lapses only under the statutory conditions.
